Complaints procedure

  1. If you’re unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us first so we can put it right. Email info@rethinkingproperty.co.uk or call 0203 951 2148.
  2. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to send you a full response within 10 working days.
  3. If you’re still not satisfied, you can ask for your complaint to be reviewed by a director.
  4. If we can’t resolve it, you can refer your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme, free of charge, within 12 months of our final response.
